Realty Branding for PMI Southern States

OChena Design partnered with PMI Southern States, a national real estate company with locations in Greenville, South Carolina, and beyond. The goal was to help refine their visual identity while keeping it aligned with PMI’s national brand structure. PMI Southern States is part of a national network. We provided visual support for local marketing campaigns and created assets that matched the tone of both a real estate and property management business.

 

 

 

Branding Goals and Visual Direction

The main objective was to strike a balance between professional consistency and local relevance. Our work included:

• Branded social media templates

• Visual adjustments to marketing materials

• Print collateral for local offices

• Graphic layouts used across property listings

We paid close attention to PMI’s existing brand system to ensure brand alignment while introducing subtle graphic touches to fit their Southern States division.

By collaborating with the marketing team at PMI Southern States, we helped establish a clean, scalable set of visuals. These materials gave each local office a consistent design standard they could use across social media, print, and sales presentations.

As a result, PMI now has a unified brand presence that works nationally while still allowing for regional flexibility.
